I'm not understanding what the point in what you're saying is. The question is whether anarchism is capable of dealing with the inevitable consequences of revolution, with large-scale infrastructure management being one of those consequences, especially in large countries. If it can, then it should be pursued. If it can't, then it serves no advantage to revolutionaries.
