The paradox of (and for) foreign nurses:
Come here, work in the NHS & pay your taxes, but for 5 years you are excluded from the benefits system.
We want you, but we don't want to actually support you... given our continuing dependence on migrant nurses, as the RCN points out, this is not going to help fill the yawning gap in the centre of the NHS' failing workforce planning.
Its also brutally exploitative; another change Labour could make, but won't!
