On another note: #ISP keeps double billing me w what looks like random AI bc the plans are flat dollar amounts but bills have cents as well.
Told them by email but they ignore that I can’t use phone & direct me straight to #TIO instead. Can’t catch a break. No energy. Nobody to help.
I can’t be without internet. I just want them to listen. Still no photo ID.
