Having a Costa espresso.
It's rubbish.
Helpful to remind myself that even though it's not at it's peak the café I like in Cambridge is still streets ahead of this. I've been a bit down on it lately as they seem to have lost their coffee geeks, but OTOH they're still using good espresso beans and have baristas with skills to match.
