To celebrate the USA’s greatest contribution to the world, International Worker’s Day, I always like to post a link to a performance of Halldór Laxnes’s single greatest gift to the Icelandic nation: the poem Maístjarnan. Performed here at the centennial for the Icelandic Confederation of Labour
