...I'm purely an interested (thanks, COVID!) layperson, but my understanding is that "immunity debt" is not an actual thing that provably exists.
I have a family member who has a PhysD degree and trots that out and I, a strictly humanities-educated person, just sit there boggling at her.
This period of time is never going to leave me and has irrevocably changed how I feel about... too many people and organizations to list.
