yeah, like... seems like the "devs" here is less "developers" and more "spec writers".
having spent way too much time digging through the countless AP projects, I can safely vouch that ActivityPub has a boatload more than just 4 devs, but - if I remember correctly - the original spec was written mostly by 4 people(?)
