Platform-side:
Yeah. Users will have their own block lists, but perhaps there could be subscribable block lists for known bad-faith accounts etc. The user can always turn on/off if they want to see that content anyway.
Content-side:
Ultimately that will be between the client (you), platform (in this case Apple), and the geographical consensus; I imagine it would pretty universally include porn, CSAM, and graphic violence.
Hopefully I’m jumping too far ahead and Jack’s suggestion of going back with user-blocking will suffice.
Failing that, there needs to be a way of fulfilling _“The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content”._ without compromising the ideals of the network.
