Dropped Mrs Kneale off for her shift this morning, then stopped off on the way home for a four mile run. A lap round Meadowhall, followed by a climb up the brutal Jenkin Hill; a hill so steep you plant a flag when you reach the summit!

The advantage of a climb like that is that it’s all downhill afterwards.
