I look at a raised bed and my mind automatically calculates the costs of the timber it's made from... I've got two raised beds (heaps) I've not yet been able to find or justify the cost of the timber for, in 2 years.
Monty's own garden too. So unobtainable. Oh, yeah, we just decided to fling up this whole new building on the mound.
It's a reason I always preferred Beechgrove, more real and down to earth.
