Nothing about a vagina makes you a horrible person, so no one becoming a girl would necessarily become a horrible person. And why would sex being irrelevant at an old age (it's not) stop people from wanting to be a certain sex? That's like claiming nobody wants to be able to walk, because walking gets increasingly irrelevant as you age.
