This is indeed good news and whilst not perfect, a step away from the chaos of the last few years.
On a serious note:
The new govt now has to act and deliver something tangible for Wales fast to address the slightly disturbing fact that reform ltd came a close second in some "heartland" constituencies - see Llanelli and The Valleys constituencies.
