Hello fellow relay operators. I've adjusted the mod capability for relay.tools. The tools will now use reactions (kind7) to signal to the relay to perform mod actions. ❌ is for delete event. 🔨 is for block and delete pubkey. This can work from any client, and if you're a designated moderator, the relay will perform the corresponding actions.
