A well reasoned article, and I think is part of why I keep coming back to Masto, even after #Bluesky (won't touch #Threads).
The only thing I'm on the lookout for is toxic positivity. I've heard that can be an issue here, though I haven't personally seen it that I recall. People need to vent. They need to rage at abuse, inequalities, injustice, the awful state of things. Let them. Tone policing is shit.
Otherwise, I find myself enjoying Masto more and more
