But no, I don't know of a library that implements ring signatures. The Borromean one is really just a small optimisation of the general AOS design, which itself is a natural generalization of Schnorr to 1 of N secrets. See reyify.com/blog/ring-signatures/ (for anyone unfamiliar with the ideas).
