Was about to leave the office early, measured the sugar levels (pretty good!) but because of lack of energy I started to stutter. My boss didn't want me to walk to the bus station so another colleague brought me home. I'm fine, but these things are awkward and cause feelings of depending and shame. My brain knows that's not necessary.
At least people care enough, that's nice.
