This realm is dualistic by design & this dualism is very hard to escape.
What we have control over is how we define this dualism. That is to say the scales on which we define & perceive things.
The worst scale you can use is good & bad/evil. Nothing is inherently good or bad, it is us that give things meaning.
I prefer to see people as existing somewhere on the Trust - Responsibility scale. Do they surrender their power to others or do they take responsibility for their experience? This is also a reflection of how they interact with others & you. Those that readily trust others may also seek to control your actions.
