Sometimes you wonder whether anyone ever tries to learn anything from history?
The latest suggestions on (renewed) private-public partnerships to help address the crisis in the NHS, seem to have forgotten the historical & ongoing problems with PFI.
Many others haven't & are reminding them what happened last time... however, without a commitment to a major refunding (unlikely with Reeves fiscal stance) will renewed PFI-like measures look appealing?
