Do you think the United States should do this too, in regard to all of the illegal immigrants that have come in? Trump never did answer in the debate how he would deport them all. I recall in the past talk of people "self-deporting." Maybe paying them off is a way to get it done. Heck, I'll bet there's some American citizens who would accept $31,000 to emigrate to some other country!
