I think when you post a new note, it should allow you to set new relays (or all relays) you're gonna post to, like a header, a hidden tip to your followers client. When it sees it, should start following that relay.
Imo, this is comming to get "centralized" in 5 ou 6 huge relays, as damus. How people will meet/connect to new (recent) relays?
I think it's a problem they should take care about
