They smell better, are lower maintenance, when paired with drought resistant grasses are great with little water, clover is a nitrogen fixer so they actually feed the soil instead of only taking from it like traditional grass lawns that require fertilizer, they flower so you can help feed the bees, just to name a few reasons.
