Hello, hi! What's the best or at least not horrible open source PDF reader these days?
There seem to be quite a few and because doing internet searches is broken and long lost knowledge from an actual person who is definitely human knows only things from many years back, I thought I'd ask you here! Mostly I need to open sewing patterns, have the option of cycling through and printing only certain layers, and sometimes saving annotations or doing highlighting!
