Payments here are called “zaps”, which are (usually small) amounts of bitcoin sent over lightning. Some Nostr apps like Primal have a wallet built in, others require you to link your own lightning wallet. It sounds daunting and (I’m fairly new) I haven’t gotten around to it yet but everyone says it feels great. Unfortunately half of the really smart people in the space are walking into a casino party at a bitcoin conference in Dallas right now. It might be some hours before you get um… sober advice. Please be patient, it’s a great community.
