Thanks for the well wishes and #compassion 💗 What's really sad is that, in "the lucky country", the thing that's helped me the most is being alone. Not #therapists (hah!). Not #exercise. Not #meds. Not #family or #friends or #employment.
I say all this not as an exercise in self-pity but rather to voice and show what many others are experiencing. Some of my story's factors are a little rare but overall quite a few of us are in the same boat, and many secretly so.
