If I buy BTC on KYC does government have legal means to insist I prove I still own it instead of having sold it? The wallet is trackable and a problem. So because it is trackable if you are known to own with high probability ANY wallet that receives BTC whether acquired via KYC exchange or not you are sort of screwed for however much is in or was in that known wallet.
