Me too. I hate the "unexpected item in the baggage area" and similarly dumb messages. If a person has to come over and enter a username and password 10 times when I'm cashing out, something ain't right. The only time I use self-checkout is when there's a massive lineup at all other person-cashes, which tells you everything that you need to know about it. They need more people cashiers.
