It's really weird to me that on days I am not in the kitchen I talk so little that when I actually do come to the kitchen and I'm forced to talk a whole bunch because I need to be social with clients or talk with my co-worker about specials or whatever, just shoot the shit if it's a slow night. I almost immediately get a sore throat from using my voice so much.
