Delegation (NIP-26) support is coming in clients, extensions, etc. It is being built out. For example, I have a very experimental feature coming soon in Nostore to support delegation.
If you are unfamiliar, delegation allows you to sign a token to embed in an event tag so that a key can post events in your name. You could use this to create temporary/limited identities that can post for you while you keep your main key safely in cold storage.
