I have been using one of these as a water source in the cope. Recently is has started draining in several hours. In the past it would hold water for several days. The white container holds water and does leak. The red base doesn't appear to be damaged and the surface where the two pieces meet is clean. It is sitting on a level surface. I just tested it on the concrete slab in the shop and it drained in 20 minutes. The design could not be much simpler. Why is it not holding water?
