Not sure how investing office space is considered business model. Maybe if it's a realtor or landlord.
They could easily downsize office space, rent off portion of the office, or repurpose rooms for other functionalities.
It's funny how one way a company saves money is by laying off people but when it comes to office space... "well we got to think about that"
