The idea is to focus your attention on positive and constructive things, instead of thinking in negative ways. For instance, instead of being anti-pedophile, be pro-create safe and friendly spaces for children to play. If you create a good environment for children, you don't have to worry as much on hunting down the pedos, cause they won't get a chance to go near them unsupervised in the first place. That's the general idea of "don't be an anti" mentality.
