I want some work doing on the living room, so I’ve been getting quotes.
A guy I’ve used before gave me a ball-park figure of £5000 about six months ago.
I had a guy in earlier in the week, gave me slightly sketchy vibes, quoted me £1600 but excluding redecorating.
Another guy today, £15,000!
Guess I’d better chase the first guy and see if he wants the job….
