It's just shuffling of resources and many countries have much better equipment. The only thing people really care about is enabling iran to have better capabilities. Because they're unhinged as fuck.
There's been a lot of speculation, but it's been known that China will indirectly help Russia. Russia will help Iran and China gets to sit back And watch the madness unfold without as much global pressure. Everyone is a pawn to China. Russia just needs the resources... it's all kinda old.
