But there are so many others! I love the little fuzzy Bombylius major. I love all of the syrphids, especially the little Toxomerus that light on your fingertip and waggle their butts at you. And golden-backed snipe flies! And Gonia, with its teddy-bear face! And the huge Mydas flies! And the tiny, roly-poly black and yellow Thaumatomyia! And the bitey deer flies with psychedelic eyes...",
