I’m on board with this. “Crypto” to me, means cryptography, which is the fundamental force through open, strong, and secure property rights.
As far as I can tell, assault against the word “crypto” is an assault against understanding what underpins these freedom protocols.
Go after “cryptocurrency” as nostr and bitcoin are not within that word. But leave “crypto” alone and start thinking its short form for “cryptography”.
