Good morning! My anxiety from yesterday has vanished after sleep, thankfully. I’m working today on my Very Boring Task which I really must complete today as I don’t want it hanging over me any longer. This evening we’re going to our local theatre to watch Asteroid City (it’s not much closer to us than the chain cinema in Carmarthen but it’s a nicer experience, bar, cafe etc).
