I have just finished my third water fast in a fairly short time and this time it was a five day one. If I didn't have such heavy work this weekend, I probably could have managed to continue two more days to complete the circle with a week's fast. Unfortunately, this has been the most difficult of my three water fasts, so I now reluctantly choose to step off and break the fast by drinking some homemade kefir in the sun. Now that I'm sitting here, I'm thinking about whether I should dare to light the grill tonight and grill a steak. Do you think my stomach could handle a bloody steak or do I have to take it easy and eat the steak tomorrow?
