So I’ve decided to study #nostr a bit now. I already know it’s better social media. I know you sign your own notes and you own the data.
But frankly, I fail to understand the part about identity. There’s a ton of fake profiles on nostr. I myself have struggled to know which Jack Mallers was the real one, and tbh, I still don’t know at a single glance.
How does one know if they’re interacting with the real person behind the profile?
Is this a dumb question? IDK 🤷🏼♂️
