my fav cheese is parmesan. had some romano recently that i put chunks of in my pasta and it was very good. i also love baked stuff with custard or cream.
do you get like a raw/whole milk thing? i had it for the first time a couple of years ago and it's so much nicer than the regular stuff i used to buy. way better for milkshakes too - both consistency and flavour
