usually for every client you use to visit nostr each has its own handful of relays to serve your feed. if you don't setup those manually, —either by cient's options; or by browser extension; or by nip05 relay list—, then most sure you'll still be seeing people muted over relays that don't know that you have them muted. if i get it right either the event of 'mutification' had to be replicated (broadcasted) to the rest of relays you use, or use just a bunch of relays you trust on which you have those people muted, blockid and reportid. 🤙
