"content": "Wow. Update: My boy's new line of spun, tinned copper pans have started arriving from the tinner in Normandy and will be sold soon at nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqlge9c46x5r4rdgyc7z7f4su0j6lgyk4pzexd5t5kt7zf6q87cscswv4t3x. Zoe is holding it close to the pan because it is heavy - but a lot less than a traditional cast iron pan.\n\nThese pans are designed in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Ghent, Belgium (not Ghent, NY, where Rocky Hill Forge was founded in 2018). They are crafted in Copenhagen and tinned and polished in Normandy, France. The handles are stainless steel, meaning the pans can be washed and air-dried without rusting handles -- but the stainless is forge-heat treated to emulate the look and texture of carbon steel. They feature a 4mm base thickness, 2.5mm walls, stainless steel handles, and 6mm hand-hammered copper rivets. 200mm cooking surface, wall height: 40mm. #ProudPapa\n\nhttps://media.infosec.exchange/infosec.exchange/media_attachments/files/114/330/754/922/835/579/original/18e713bf98d6f8fb.png\nhttps://media.infosec.exchange/infosec.exchange/media_attachments/files/114/330/755/484/763/334/original/5bb7b318f864a10d.png\nhttps://media.infosec.exchange/infosec.exchange/media_attachments/files/114/330/755/836/694/556/original/29d352d9d6f51f22.png\nhttps://media.infosec.exchange/infosec.exchange/media_attachments/files/114/330/756/226/683/829/original/6659761aa19eefe3.png",
