considering that the Supreme Court just ruled on Gonzalez v. Google LLC and Twitter, Inc. v. Taamneh.
The difference might be that in those 2 cases the plaintiff's could not show that California co.s intentionally promoted ISIS. Here, though, "Meta has promoted white supremacist content, while suppressing and censoring anti-racist content"
