Again with the almost 9 Chin Ups
I did a solid 9 almost 10, 5 weeks ago. Then I kind of focused on pushups again and then I hurt my back doing dead lift due to a slipped disk that I still haven't mastered how to handle. The goal is to be able to do heavy dead lifts again.

Still. I didn't gain strength from not training my back in a few weeks. But I didn't loose much either. Also made some progress in Triceps and Dumbbell press.

But I really want to get past that 10 reps chin ups. :pepe_tard:
