Ocean misleads and openly dishonest

A solo miner does not require a pool server to construct a coinbase tx for them to included in their template.
Ocean or any other pool or stratumv2 pool do exactly that they create coinbase txn for you even if you make your own template. If I created my own template and want the highest payout the pool will simply reject my template.
Solo miner isn’t required to connect to a pool server like Ocean or stratumv2 pool.
The only decentralized way to mine is to hash towards your own node and your own stratum server and that was designed by satoshi to begin with.
Pool mining does not decentralize mining
