Hmmmm I don't know about tips. But, it's important to remember that all relationships (of any sort) eventually end and that's okay. I've let go of friendships when they became one-sided, or I was being actively or even unintentionally hurt for a long enough period of time. But most have ended because our lives took different paths and we stopped having stuff in common. It's sad but part of life.
