Things in the sea are less happy: co2 is lightly acidic, and negatively affects a lot of marine life, especially anything trying to make a shell https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_acidification
Increased temp is leading to more extreme weather events + wet bulb temperatures. If temperatures go above body temp + humidity nearly 100% ('wet bulb') people can't sweat, overheat and die. Looks more and more likely.
