I love that you can import your own PGP keys for email encryption, and in general the security aspect it is very customizable yet straightforward.
The biggest downside (which is not that big, really) is that it doesn't support IMAP and SMTP, you either need to use their clients or set up your own bridge. So you can't configure e.g. nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqzgymqfyt0t0wm3ws2qvcp9vxtau4pzlftmr8h6qdjg6608wpjs2skjg4yp (nprofile…g4yp) to work with it.
Also, they have transitioned to be a Non-Profit organization, so I'm not too concerned about enshittification.
The only horror story was that they were required to disclose their access logs to the authorities, which contained IP addresses, and the suspect was sentenced to jail because if this. IIRC, they improved something after the incident, but don't take my word for it.
Anyway, I'm a happy customer, and am planning to remain their client for the foreseeable future:)
