When you refuse to set boundaries in your relationships because you’re afraid of burning a bridge… you are sending a message to everyone around you that you are willing to compromise your values + morals just to keep the peace.

As a result, you will never maintain high-value relationships: Friends who fill up your cup. People who inspire you…. you will repel those connections.

The energy you put out will always be returned to you, so by maintaining low-value relationships — people who lie, manipulate, etc., you are saying “I want more of this”… and trust me, the Universe will deliver.
