I’ve been using
mapleai (nprofile…rtxj) all day with this smoke for Easter dinner. Brisket and Turkey breast side by side, each with their own schedule.
Maple has been really helpful working through any adjustments I had to make.
Smoking a brisket is an all day event that starts in the early AM hours. So much easier to ask Maple questions on the fly instead of using Google and reading through blogs and forums.
Some men wear cologne to church. Today I wear Texas bbq smoke.
