Yeah I have an el cheapo one from the local electronics place and it works fine, but won't do below 640x480 on my RTX 3080, and since my cabinet's chassis is 30kHz only, it doesn't like it.
The GBS thingo is supposed to prove it, but I've had dreadful luck getting a picture that doesn't look like arse on it.
